Delete your Hopper Roadside account

In the app: open Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your login and personal profile are deleted right away.

Without the app: email onboarding@hroadside.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account", or message Hopper Support in the app. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What's deleted

• Your login, name, phone, photo, saved addresses, push tokens and chat blocks.
• Driver onboarding documents and photos that the law doesn't require us to keep.

What's kept (anonymized)

• Job, payment, tax (W-9 / 1099) and signed-agreement records we must keep by law, for the required period (up to 7 years), then deleted.
