Locked your keys in the car at Garden of the Gods, a shopping center on Academy Boulevard or at work downtown? Book a car lockout in the Hopper app and see the price before you confirm.
Wait somewhere safe nearby, and warm in winter. If a child or pet is inside the car, call 911 first.
At busy spots like Garden of the Gods or downtown on a weekend, add a landmark to your pin so the driver can find your car among the crowds.
What to expect
A car lockout service gets you back into your own vehicle when the keys are inside or the key fob won't open the door. Add your vehicle in the app so the driver comes prepared, and be ready to show ID that matches the vehicle once you're in. If a child or pet is locked inside a hot car, call 911 first.
A tip for Colorado Springs drivers
Temperatures can drop sharply overnight here. That is hard on batteries and lowers tire pressure, so check both as the seasons change.
